At Dulorantocosh, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We want you to love your beauty and personal care products, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.

Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Products that have been opened, sampled, or used are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at service@dulorantocosh.com.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@dulorantocosh.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

    • Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare, makeup, or hair care products.

  • Personal hygiene tools (e.g., used beauty blenders, brushes).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on "Final Sale."
