1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your favorite beauty and personal care items, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure local payment options available at checkout.

3. Can I change or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Please contact us at service@dulorantocosh.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.

4. How long will it take to receive my order? Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that processing time (1-2 business days) is not included in the shipping estimate.

5. How can I track my package? Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily serve the United States. For inquiries regarding other regions, please contact our support team.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
